a comment on my 2 boxes. I now ride like driving a car. No squeezing or any harsh/abrupt lane changing man .. hehehe the journey to work seems less exciting as before the panniers.

 

Weight tends to shift back really fast. In short the rebounds need to be twitch higher for better froint contact when throttling out.

 

Already kanah when I was throttling out for a sharpo bend. Carefull guys

its a metallic bluish 04' VFR rite? chio!!! Should be from MAh motors coz I saw the 0km bike while i was collecting my panniers

i hav gone the hepco n becker box route instead of the original 1s frm honda. so hamsterz i suppose u need 2 post ur box let others c n compare rite then let them comments n we tell the advantages n disadvantages of both types of installation of side boxes

well on the way.. sis got the digital camera... so i didn't take pics when i installed the boxes. Took me a while but, seem damn easy after fitting them in!

then squeeze less lor...

 

aftermarket panniers bound to give you that disadvantage. but if you are like me and martin, i guess having panniers on your bike will be quite advantageous coz no need to carry helmets, bags, stuff etc with you when you go shopping with your wife/gf....

 

OR... get the givi E21s. they still serve some purpose, but of coz unless you wear half-caps, these panniers cant take in normal open face helmets, let alone full face helmets. my previous vfr had a pair of those, as some of you might know. quite practical to some extent.

yup rite kobane, me rather sacrifice more for practical than beauty cause last time all the way ride sports bike go out super leceh have 2 carry bag,raincoat, helmets etc. then go shoppin hav 2 siam here n there. at 1st tink in sg dun put maybe weekends or go jb then put but after using for 3 weeks used to it liao then somemore so convenient then juz hack care liao. limpeiwah can squeeze car 1 juz a matter of skill my fren yah lor hamsterz really take the fun of the route to work so last week got 1 day go 2 work i took out juz for fun n enjoyment on the roads. Tinkin of fixin givi e21 project on my bike cause got rear box can put helmet stay tuned for it guys

Somehow I find the original panniers gives both beauty and practicality.. except they burn holes in pockets
