yeap.. went there try using the sides of the tires before i hit the songkran.. or else, tyre like very wasted. Saw a yellow ViffeR, but didn't tok to him coz looks erm.. hehehe very stern... then vfrT started a frenly gesture and allo.. and we met!

Yes, I have been told often that I have a very stern looking frown - prob put people off on 1st impression - sigh. 17 April Sepang sounds interesting. I'll probably scoot down & back on the same day. Hope no spoiler on my side when the day gets closer.

To Pauche, below are my answers to your questions.

 

so I would say that the winding routes are mainly from Banding Resort to Kelantan? I have not been there, but planning to go for the nice roads and scenery.

 

1) if I were to head up north from 2nd link via NSH, I would need to exit Kuala Kangsar and how do I travel from there? Head towards Grik.

 

2) if I were to head south from Bt Kayu Hitam via NSH, I would exit at 'Timor Gerik' and how do I travel from there? Exit at Gurun, use Route K15 and head towards Baling, Pengkalan Hulu and then Grik.

3) if I were to head up via the east coast (Route 3) till Trengganu, how would I travel towards Gerik? Any prominent signages/landmarks to look out for? After Kuala Trengganu, head towards Jertih and find route 4, which will get u to Jeli. Fill up tank at Jeli. The adventure starts here.

Thanks for ur info, it helps a lot cos I cant seemed to find much route maps on the web.

I did not ask but quite confident we can hit 10 pair. Else I will post into the mass order folder. Since I do not make money out of it I am not planning to order too much also so once 10 set is reached I close the offer for the time being. Too much hassle. Wanted to do the O2 sensor check but my mechanic (alex @stanford) says that it is better to install chips that fit on the connectors. Well, my guess is that he is talking about those plugs that I read hamster was selling a couple of months back. Should be around $30 each he said. Hamster, got any left? If not, where to buy?

those are the O2 sensor dummies plug, which "tell" your O2 sensors that there "is" sensors in the exhaust which then prevents your Fi light from switchin on. They are i think ard $70~$80 per piece. Not $30. I can get them for you if you really need them. Gimme a buzz..

 

My suggestion is

1. try checking your connectors urself.. it is simple and FOC

2. wait for the official Honda statement they it IS a production line problem.

 

by the way, O2 sensor dummies ain't a big help if you do not dyno tune your bike...

yah rick check out the connectors i did not get a chance to do so cause i onli knew bout it when i sold off the bike to u. juz take out the left fairings n check the two connectors`~~ hmm...maybe i come dwn n help u out tis few nites when i come over n take the amulet

erm... may I know if you're asking anyone selling a VFR or the O2 sensors dummies.

 

If its a VFR, there might be a less than 1 year old ReD VIFFER for sale. Comes with panniers, Givi screen and NWS mudguard.
