Go to the 5th floor. Please check that you are arriving at ORIENTATION time and not the usual training slot time. Orientation time is about 90 mins earlier than your regular slot (IIRC). There will be an instructor there waiting for new blur birds... at least that was how it happened when I went for my very first lesson.

Bring your training booklet and make sure there is a photo in it cos the instructor will probably tell you about it anyway... they will just keep reminding you every lesson I think.

Yo, congrats to all who passed TP recently!

I passed on October 28, and went for the expressway familiarization course. But I din get any letter or notification about an early Class 2A TP date. Anyone can enlighten me?

Just some advice to the newly qualified riders: I ride an SP 150 and the cornering is very different from the CBR125 in SSDC. Dunno how to describe. Machiam like have to learn cornering all over again. The NSR is a very stable bike with impressive power for a class 2B bike, but it's a lot harder to handle than the 4 stroke CBR. For those choosing NSR, Kawa etc pls be careful.

Class 3 - 24 Jan 2006 - Lancer, Impreza TS, Impreza WRX

Class 2B - 28 October 2010 - SP, KRR

Class 2A - 26 March 2012 - CBR400

Class 2 - 6 June 2013 - Suzuki Hayabusa, GSX-R600

What's the longest interval you guys have had between lessons? A bit sian to go for lessons these days lol.

2 weeks for once only. It's the waiting period after prac 4 and before rtt.

Try to go at least once a week to stay in touch.

I'm trying to see if resting my hands helps cos they hurt quite a bit. Sometimes I accidentally just let go of the clutch lever and the bike stalls too.

What's wrong with your hands?

I think it's cos I squeezed the clutch (and following that, the front brakes) too hard unknowingly bah, so I strain the muscles or nerve there and my thumbs hurt at the base. My friend advised me to avoid holding the handle at the crook of the thumb but my fingers aren't very long so I tend to 'giap' at that point.

Find me if you want help in physical therapy regarding the pain in your palm. It's not normal. The problem should comes from your shoulders.
