Yo, congrats to all who passed TP recently!

 

I passed on October 28, and went for the expressway familiarization course. But I din get any letter or notification about an early Class 2A TP date. Anyone can enlighten me?

 

Just some advice to the newly qualified riders: I ride an SP 150 and the cornering is very different from the CBR125 in SSDC. Dunno how to describe. Machiam like have to learn cornering all over again. The NSR is a very stable bike with impressive power for a class 2B bike, but it's a lot harder to handle than the 4 stroke CBR. For those choosing NSR, Kawa etc pls be careful.

 

Thats weird. I went for the course on 16 dec and got the letter after it. Best you go ask the counter staff

There will be between 80-90 testees.

 

Come as early as possible like 7.15am, so that can do some warm up.

 

I remember an instructor said-as long as you had worn the white tag, you are not allow to be outside of

the building. remove the white tag if need to go smoke.

 

Also take note about the signals from the tester on narrow plank & pylon. By right it is hand signal on narrow plank & light signals on pylon to move off. However, the tester might just change the rule the other way round, light signal on pylon, & hand signal on pylon.

Lesson 2 i go 5 times. Narrow plank main problem.

Besides gripping tank & look straight, starting also must be stable.

 

I believe may be the fear that is making us fall from plank.

if you are good, all can go once & no repeat.

Maintain speed, throttle a bit more just before going up ramp. Once stable, reduce speed and go through.

Hi guys! Finished 2 of my pract 1 ytd n today. Still in mini circuit. Da instructor said i nt constant. Sometimes can sometimes cannot. So far can say ok. He said nxt time go out mini circuit aldi.

Only 1 thing. I dunno how to shift back netural. 2 of my lessons instructor help me put netural.

Any1 wanna share me some advice?

I'm also newbie taking 2B so i might be wrong but I think it depends on the bike.... I also once took a bike that was quite hard to put to neutral.. unless you got problem in every bike then don't worry about it...
