Madkawa,

What Throttlestop meant is that we dont want too many photogrpahers running around all over the place, which is why we choose one photographer for each event, streamlining our responsibilities and work - we are doing this for free FYI.

I dont think Michelin and Dunlop openly slam Pirelli, Bridgestone or the organisers for making the MSS, WSBK and MotoGP a one make tyre series right?

The appointment is on an "event by event" basis, depending on who is available and who gives us the best value in our opinion. I have dealt with Peter, Armand and yourself and am glad to say that I have no loyalties.

We never appointed you or anybody else our photographer for ALL our trackdays, so cameramen are free to come and go as we see fit.

It would look wierder if we only stuck with you all the time and never gave other photographers a chance right?

Nobody chucked you aside and we were already thinking of asking you about availibility for upcoming events, to compare with other photographers, but you are making it very difficult by doing this.

When it comes to common courtesy, I think you need to take a step back and look at what you have started here, in public.

It seems to me that you find it difficult to accept being replaced, even for a single occasion and I can't change how you feel.

We dont tell our particpants that they must only attend our events, nor the towing people that they must only tow for our events, nor do we tell bike shops that they can supply tires and service only to bikes attending our events alone, so it's quite unbelieveable when you say that we are insisting on you shooting for us exclusively.

For crying out loud, the pic in my signature is from you!!!!!

Actually, this bickering isn't necessarily a bad thing. It gives impartial riders who wouldn't normally choose which private track day they prefer to attend a clearer picture of what's happening. That way they can, if they prefer, only take part in the ones they want to support. Or, if they're indifferent, take part in both.

Having read and heard about what's been going since these private track days appeared, it's interesting to say the least.

I second that. Especially when you took so many pics of my brother who was attending his 1st sepang track day. He spent more time looking out for you so he could 'pose' for pictures. Thanks for making him seem faster than he actually was in your pics!
