HEY ALL!!

Date: 4 September 2010, Saturday

Time we will meet: 6.20am SHARP

Venue: Newton MRT station, Taxi Stand

Waiting Time for others (if they decide to join): 5 mins

 

We will be heading to the East Area - but somewhere different from Changi! As usual we will set out from Newton MRT Taxi Stand and head towards Orchard (town area), Pass Douby Gaut, City Hall, Esplanade, Suntec and finally enter ECP (Changi Airport). Then it's straight road down towards the EAST of Singapore for a spectacular Sunrise view .

 

Ride will be 1 and a half hours long! (Stops and all included)

Do TOP UP your FUEL before coming for the ride (:

Do Bring Your Cameras too, to capture some beautiful shots!!

 

I won't wait longer then 5 mins, that means I will move off at 6.25am sharp!!

 

I really want to catch sunrise and enjoy the cool breezes before any light appears.

Unfortunately my Road-Trip to Mersing with few others got cancelled due to the rain in the early morning.

Unfortunately my Road-Trip to Mersing with few others got cancelled due to the rain in the early morning.

 

LOL - we are the only ones to purposely organise outings in the rain. Cooler, engines get automatic water injection and can play Tokyo Drift on phantom. Can't go wrong

I'm a new rider (2B two months back) and ride an 08 RS125, and have been going for solo Sunday early morning rides to get to know the bike better. Would I be out of place in your crowd? I get the impression from your posts that your group riding is aimed for at fun/safety than outright speed, which is great.

We can do fuel economy challenge, time attack, compete who can carry the most packets of lunch across Singapore (without spoiling the food), etc. All within legal speed limits of course *evil grin*

 

Nabil will also do a special educational episode of Top Gear Singapore next Saturday 18th September. But we'll leave it up to the organiser to detail it

I don't think nabil is worried since it's Sunday pre-dawn, no traffic. Easy to see any bikes there (must be ours).

 

We've stopped at places like AMK MRT station for outings before; the taxis don't mind us cos of the Bollywood bikes. Lol!

You just missed the CMO in filming my ride; but nah, your existing camera is decent save for reliability issues.

 

I'm satisfied with my handphone camera because I'm not doing any HD video production for profit. $200 for camera = 100 chicken rice. Eat until sian.

 

Some people actually complain on facebook that I should get better camera. Buy me one lor

 

random emo ranting aside you can lead the convoy I'll cover the rear from any intruding vehicles. They would automatically slow way down to look at my hair anyway lol!
