Just taken from TP website updated on 13.04.05. Looks like the TPs order the cameras in bulk. Ha ha ha... Do watch out for the "NINJAS" hiding in bushes. Happen to post it in main..... Must be too long never come into forum already.... Hahaha.....

The 3.86km circuit in Pasir Gudang was developed by the Johor State Economic Development Corporation and promoted by Sports Communications Sdn Bhd, in accordance with the standards set by the Federation Internationale Motorcyclists and Federation Internationale Automobile. The circuit is built on undulating terrain with twelve challenging corners and it offers excellent viewing for spectators. Events hosted yearly include the World Superbike, World Endurance, and the Johor Race Series for cars and bikes.

Hi all & Good day,

This is the PG track site: Johor Circuit

 

On weekday, the track runs every alternate hour for cars & bikes, as for weekend, Morning session are for bikes and afternoon session are for cars. Every third Sunday of the month they have a promotion of RM80 for 3hr, whereas normal day they charge $35RM per hour.

Before we set the track date, need to check their calendar first. Or call them up to check with them about track availability on that day and time.....:cheers:

 

 

It is advisable to go on week day or saturday, Sunday will be alot of bike from SG and JB.

Ever went there on a Wednesday afternoon took the 4.00pm ~ 5.00pm session

Maybe can organise a Saturday session :clap:

Hey Spectrum,

 

Yeah, been away from quite a while now. Pop in to look see & saw the on-goning trackday. As for free dates, I more more keen for the weekdays of cos, since traffic both on & off the track will be lesser. It shld be easy for me to get time-off for dates in June & beyond. Not so sure for this month as I just started my new job. Will see what's the finalised date.

 

Its good to hv trackdays for our Hornets. Do make it a regular highlight. Cheers! :thumb:

Hi hornets out here, I tinking of getting a 600 or 900..which is better?? does the bike hv the similar riding posture of a tourer eg st11....does we hv a hornet-s in sg?? wats the price for a 2nd hand n new bike mchine?? thks

get the 900. higher priced than the 600 by a bit only.

for posture, it all depends on your size, for me, i'm 1.8m tall, i adjusted my handle bars a bit higher to have a more upright posture. more comfortable for me. felt like a tourer similar to st 11 now than a street bke.

consumption 17 to 19km per liter. depending on riding style.

tried top to about 200(restricted and with a box plus i heavy weight). some reported more top and better consumption.

price is about 17 to 18k.

cons=aftermarket end cans very expensive, double cans, more expensive than single cans.:giddy:

THE NEW HORNET 600F

 

Two years after completely redesigning the Hornet 600, Honda unveils a slight redesign of the bike in Bologna today. Now featuring upside down forks (non-adjustable) and redesigned instrumentation, along with some chassis changes necessitated by the new fork, the bike has a slightly more aggressive look.
