Most importantly, can your engine be turned on? I got a similar problem twice. But it only affected my meter bulb. I like riding in the rain for long periods of time so yeah, i get this problem. All i have to do is remove my head fairing and just reconnect the bulbs/shake the wires.

Check your battery first, then slowly proceed to check your wiring for any lose wires or shorts.

went to repair this morning and he told me the wire broke and he repair in 10min time .:p

It happened whenever it rains?

Do check on those fuse, at times they might be the problem. (*so long you confirm that battery, wiring and bulbs are OK)

Check lighting module well enclose.

Anybody know how to remove this kind of headlight bulb? Its from a Madass125. Remove the casing already stuck at there, dunno to pull by force or what, scare break the bulb. Or is it the whole bulb and its bracket is one piece? the wire connecting it also stuck!

The Bulb is a H3 - the blue lead wire is plug into a tab - oil that part with WD40 & gently use a rocking motion to pull them apart. If still cannot cut the blue lead wire & later rebuilt by soldering it back. I tot Madass 125 use H7 not H3 Halogen. If U still can do it - I will be in the office 2molo - I really like to have a look at the MadAss close up.........
