After u enter the car park, @ 1st storey, go all the way straight till the end.. you see similar parking space like on the pic. Upon reaching, u can call me to confirm the location if you can't find me. Will sms everyone prior to event to confirm if you are coming and give u my number.

All riders are advice to:

 

* be in proper attire (e.g Long sleeve shirt /jacket, approved helmet, gloves, long pants, covered shoes).

* bring along rain coat (in case of bad weather) & a pen.

 

There would be meals (breakfast & lunch), lucky draws and goodies bags, all riders would be given coupons upon arrival, and all items are redeemable with their coupons.

 

BBDC ride safe program – this is the program of the day, all riders are to arrive BBDC at 8am, they are to enter by the Circuit gate, upon entering there will instructors guiding them on where to proceed next.

This is for all riders (pillion no need) to fill up their particulars & bring it on that day, it is for them to participate in the Amazing Ride.

This year, ‘BBDC Ride Safe 2010’, which is jointly organised by Traffic Police and BBDC, shall be launched on 13 November 2010 (Saturday). The Guest-Of-Honour for this event is Mr. Masagos Zulkifli Bin Masagos Mohamad, Senior Parliamentary Secretary, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Home Affairs.

It will be a half day event and we are expecting more than 400 guests and participants.

The event highlights are:

Road Safety talk by TP and BBDC.

"Amazing Ride" emphasises on safe riding habits on public roads.

"Wear Safe & Ride Safe" to encourage proper and safe riding attire.

Launch of New Road Safety Video and Messages on training cars and shuttle bus

hi sino74, you are right, this the 1st time i am joining this safety event and also 1st time organizing an event to be honest, hopefully it won't turn out badly . The purpose of this thread is to gather more rider for the event. A few rider friends(not Honda riders) and i who is interested, and wishes to join this event but apparently, there isn't a group/organizer is consolidating riders to join this event for non honda riders. i have also email BBDC regarding this event and confirm any bikes, build and model, are welcome to join this event therefore i created a thread to consolidate more bikers, not limited to Honda to go for the event together with my friends.

 

of coz i might not have and cannot promise any free gift that other organiser can offer, but the purpose is to go together as a group and enjoy this event as bikers

 

actually there is a few enquirers via pm so it is not just 2 of us posting..

cos the meet-up location that you mentioned might be 'packed' and

you might have difficulty identifying those participants who are tagging with you ...

I could organise a convoy from "somewhere else" so we arrive in some form of style :3 Indeed there is no point trying to meet up at a crowded place.

 

Whole convoy comprised of mixed bikes protecting small 2B bikes all decked out in safety gear and other fancy stuff. Awesome.

hmm, i can recognise most of them as most of them as of now are my friends from another forum's Biker club.. in SBF, currently is bunnyhui. i knew/saw her b4, so i think i still can recognise her.. i will pop her and every one who doesn't have my contact when date is near.

 

location to meet haven't decide yet.. for now , most prob will be the MSCP opp BBDC coz it have ample space to park (subject to changes), got shade and just U turn to reach BBDC.. so whether rain or shine, is a good spot..

i am hoping to get some company to sponsor us something for this event as well. got a friend mention if we can get 20 peep or more, maybe can help to source for sponsors to sponsor something.. but this is still subjected to lot of factors.. anyway my main aim is to get together and enjoy as a group, as bikers.. other things will be good to have if got, but dun have is ok.. less expectation less dissapointment.
