nope, its jetty. went there from 12noon to 5pm. no catches at all. one uncle say recently lab jetty no fishes. not even tambans.

I went lab park today... tried my luck near the shore area near the carpark... used live prawns for bait... cnt say totally no fishes la, theres nibbles... but no hook up.. :sian:

Yeah.. but the previous 2 times i went lab park's jetty also no catch at all... as usual, use live prawn... there was once where my bell din even ring once at all...

I agree with that ah pek, even tambans is a challenge to land nowadays..

labrador park is pond ah?

Nope, saltwater jetty...

Its one of my fav place to fish actually... close to "natural nature"... unlike those "man-made nature"... and the best thing is that they have a TAP at the jetty!... very useful esp if u're using sarongs as bait... Lol, i usually eat snacks so yeah, clean hands are required for me!

but the only downside is that the carpark is rather FAR away from the jetty... i'd say 1.5-2km walk to the end of the jetty?

Jetty can get pretty pack on weekends... but weekdays usually less den 5anglers at the jetty...

Apart from Tambans, the ONLY catch i ever gotten from lap park jetty are:

1) Puffer fish.. -.-"

2) spotted-sicklefish (Cao Xi)

ER...

i think thats all.. Lol...

But yeah... im just an amateur... ive seen some pros landing a 1-2kg chermin there before... but the word is RARE la.. :cheeky:

There is a tap beside the dusbin... you know the T-junction of the jetty where turning left is a dead-end and turning right leads to the shelter area where u fished? yeah there is a Tap on the right of the T junction...

but the water pressure is rather strong tho...
