1) Good things happen once in a year. Let this be a good event.

2) Will be gathering to chat and eat ice-cream.

3) After makan we'll go somewhere and do some bowling (Pay for own game).

4) Simple event to meet up. No lucky draw no bar top dancers, Sorry folks.

5) Please bring along new year goodies to share also...

6) Spouses and partners can leave at home (just kidding).

7) Lastly, I will not be responsible for rounding. If all want.. someone can come forward and plan rounding details.

Ben & Jerry's Session....

Alright, time for me to post something.

Overall conduct of the gathering was great. Initially 7.30-8pm seems like a tough time to achieve. Nevertheless, all arrived at Wheelock Place in style and on time (I arrived at 8pm sharp myself though.. ).

As we waited on to 8.15pm (in case there are lost birds), a fair share of expensive cars zipped by. Mostly uncle driven... It seems that expensive cars are really all around orchard area...

There were 2 ultimate jokes of the night.

one of our dear forumer was made to believe that.... Bigger bikes have ERP IUs that deducts money faster! Because he did not own anything bigger then Class 2B... he kinda believed it....
another dear forumer was the HIGHLIGHT of the night... In the nice ambient of Ben & Jerry's restaurant, located in very quiet Dempsey Hill.. he went forward to the lady at the counter and asked.. "å°å§, Ice-Cream æ€Žæ¨£å–?

10pm.... all had higher calling... so we all left for home... which to document this outing, we made something special out of a piece of serviette...

Thanks to all that took time off and made this event happen.... more to come soon i guess... Haagen Daz is next...

A&W Outing

Venue : Taman U Petronas

Date : 17/02/2008

Time : 1100 / 11am

Meet up PT : 2nd Link GP Petronas

Short overseas Trip Excursion

Estimated travel Distance : 29km

Estimated travel Duration : 30mins

Things to take note:

-In terms of break contact / breakdown (touchwood hopefully not...) stay at point of break contact last seen convoy, dun turn anyhow so it will b easy for ppl to back track and find u. (Around 20 km from GP Esso, there is a Honda Agent bike shop and their service is good, been there as so unluckily previous trip there my friend's bike tyre punctured.)

-Thou its a short distance of jus 29km but if the turns up is more dan 10bikes, i will have a mid way halt for Re-Org and Headcount before convoy carries on.

-Do practise safe riding and keep in sequence when convoy so as to easy track of the bikecount in the midst. Always keep in staggered bike sequence and maintain close gap btw bikes so as to prevent malaysia bikes and cars from breaking our convoy.

-Preferably have Auto-Roaming in case of emergency.

Direction as follows:

1. GP Esso -> 8.8km -> exit Left @ 307 keep right(towards Pasir Gudang)

2. Exit307 -> 6.2km -> exit Left to Bukit Indah

3. Bt Indah exit -> 1.4km -> turn Right @ traffic light Cross-junction

4. X-junction -> 1.2km ->turn Right @ Cross-junction (Petronas on right corner of the junction)

5. X-junction -> 1.9km -> Filter Left @ traffic light T-junction (right side got a shop doing car tyres at the junction, after travelling a short distance u will see a building with big HONDA word u wont miss. if u see it u are on the right track)

5. T-junction -> 1.9km -> Filter Left @ traffic light T-junction (u'r under a fly-over)

6. T-junction -> 1km -> turn Right @ traffic light T-junction (Big Banner showing Giant 2.-KM right infront of u)

7. T-junction -> 2.4km -> turn Right @ T-junction (go slow @ this stretch of road, uneven surface)

8. T-junction -> 1.1km -> turn Left @ trafic light T-junction ()

9. T-junction -> 2.2km -> turn Right @ trafic light T-junction (Big Water tank on the left)

10. T-junciton -> 1.4km -> turn Left @ T-junction (JUSCO right in front of u)

11. T-junction -> 250m -> turn Right @ traffic light T-junction (Petronas & A&W on ur front right)
