how to test my TRE working anot..i rev to ard 2.5k clutch in..end up...it rev goes up..

then rev to 3k and try...clutch in end up go higher also...

tot it is supposed to drop?

use LPS 1, can get it from the hardware shop beside LAB

A few drops of engine oil is best that I've used so far. Just apply a few drops, no need to wack until ooze out the other end or else you will regret over the next few days. As you ride the bike, the oil will migrate slowly down to the bottom. Don't use WD40, the lubrication film not strong enough.

How long to lube once? Cos i heard it wont last that long as grease, but beats WD-40..

Should last more than 6 months easily. You can do the same for throttle cable but G6 throttle cable is damn smooth already, doubt it will get much better unless yours is already gummed up.

 

I don't like using grease for 2 reasons: Firstly, it increases drag significantly in cables, you will feel it in more sensitive light action cables like the throttle cable. Secondly, good luck trying to lubricate it the next time, even if u use spray type penetrant grease. The gummy grease residue will make it super hard to pump through the lube next time round, so the bottom half of the cable will not get the lube. Even with oil, it takes quite abit of time for the lube to migrate to the other end, so the spray grease is unlikely to make it before the solvent dries unless you have that cable luber adapter. Cables actually need very little lube, using oil allows the small amount of it to evenly distribute itself over a day or two, it slowly migrates down by gravity, saving you alot of trouble.

did u wash your bike recently and sprayed hard into the fuel cap?

otherwise, a blown spark plug, a gasket may be a cause.
