Thanks to all bros for your responses. Now I shall use the multi-quote function to answer your queries...

The funny thing is, indeed my bike feels lighter and much more powerful compared to before I send it for valve clearance. The pick up speed is much faster and I can reach speeds of above 180km/h quickly when compared to last time before servicing.

1st question : Yes, indeed I filled my tank up to its brim with Shell Racing petrol from JB like I always do. If top up in Singapore with fuel consumption that high, I sure :faint:

2nd question : I wasn't really throttle happy cos I haven't got the chance to go 2nd link. Don't dare to whack above speeds of 180km/h in Singapore...

Really reserve bro cos when I checked the tank, it wasn't even half full and nope, my tank is not leaking...

Quite possible. When I went to Unity, Ah Xiong recommended me to fix PC3. Now when I went to Tachyon, Ah Tak also asked me to fix PC3. Seriously, I'd rather buy PS3 than PC3 at the moment...

I know how to adjust the CO setting from the last time you taught me and the last time kambing refreshed my memory. My settings now are C1=3, C2=5, C3=8 and C4=9. If these settings are too rich, what's the best settings for leaner fuel???

Bro, I went to Unity last time when you recommended me and frankly, I wasn't satisfied with the service there. The next time we meet, I'll tell you in detail what happened...

stock for the 04-06 C1 to C4 = 3

but i suggest u set it a lil higher cause u using a full system..

Some people measure their adventures in miles or days. I prefer "lamp posts".

Wow lau ar. you ask mi to open up my engine just to see the inside?? why not you open up your bike engine and let mi see your bike inside. Provide picture of my engine, you haven really slept well enough. Simple fact, if there is some problem with my engine, do you think it can hit 299 within 25sec?? do you need mi to proof that, i got a youtube video. you wnat to see???

Than you can recommend ppl to use 5W50, i cannot recommend ppl to use 10W50??? Or you want mi to recommed ppl to use 5W50, but i wont lor. Cos i am not using it, as i am using the 15W50 fuchs Pro4 or the motorex 10W50.

You recommend ppl to use 5W50, i got say anything anot??? than i recommend ppl to use 10W50 , you ask mi to prove. i use my current bike to prove still not enough.? Or you scare ppl will listen to mi rather than you???

Why not just let ppl inisde here to chose , which type of EO viscosity they perfer??

I am also getting tired of saying this, you have your preference(5W50), does not mean that's the general consensus.

I still dun have what fact you prove to mi, " bad advice" is that a link?? if that is, that is a broken link. And i am not been talking about mi, if i have not use the product , i wont have recommend it. Dun tell mi the EO i use will casue my engine to blow, if that the case, it should have blow by now. Dun need to open up engine to see also will know lor.

Have made my point, up to the people here to read for themselves. I have presented specs, people and collective feedback to back my view. If you want to deliberate avoid these and insist on your own preference, I am really fine as stated from my 1st reply to you.

"Scared of people not listening to you" I think that's you bah, never felt a pressing need for people to agree with me. I prefer to demonstrate my competency and actually happy to have the chance to hands on help many who had problems with their bikes. Need examples?

Bros, need some help here. I've already send my bike for full servicing and valve clearance. Yesterday I discovered that after topping up full tank, my reserve light came on only at 168km. Si bey jialat leh the fuel consumption. I've checked with my mechanic and he advised me to fix PC3 which costs $630. :giddy: Are there any other solutions other than fixing PC3? I don't go to the tracks so I don't really see a need for it...

which shop did it?

Really?? i also help a lot of biker, you need examples too??? You presented what specs ??? each of the EO company always say their EO is best, if you want i can just cut and paste what other EO company say about their product. All comfirm say their EO is best one mah, sutiable for road, lacing lah.

My first reply is that you said 15W50 too thick for newer bike with slipper, i object that, cos i use laio , no problem. Than ppl ask about which type of EO is better, you recommend your watever research, ppl, spec 5W50.

Than you ask mi about why i recommend 10W50 to ppl. i recommend cos i am using it, i am a example. my bike is also a example. than you ask mi to provide picture??? of my bike engine, i think dun need lah,cos if my bike got problem just becasue of using 15W50 or 10W50 EO than i think alot of biker comfirm kena already, cos majorioty of EO company produce that kind of grade of EO. And till now i only notice maxima is the only one that have 5W50 grade of oil. Than you by recommending ppl to use that grade of EO, are you not promoting your bussiness???

That why i said, if you come here to promote your EO, i am ok with it, dun need to come and ask mi to provided what spec this spec lah, i am not a expert in EO lei, fuch and motorex dun give mi $$$ for promoting their EO also , which i only recommend ppl to use that any fully sys EO that is 10W50.

Which brand they want to use, they decide their own.

Just unscrew the one and only screw, and pull the meter outward. There is still 2 more tab holding on to the meter that why you feel it is stuck. The tab is only secure by 2 rubber holes, thus abit more force should be able to release it.

thanks. i will try again ltr. thx alot

Hi bro,

thanx for your response.. Just to check with you, how much is the laser retailing for? And where exactly is this bikeshop located?? Ubi industrial park near TP HQ?

Cheers

For Laser, Mtechnic used to be the sole distributor. Now Ah Boy also selling it. It is supposed to be a street legal system. However the paper seems to c**k up. But that was one year ago, maybe now already have it. Alternatively you can try Barracuda Exhaust. It looks the same as Laser but it doesn't have the belly, mean it is straight through. Since both is non-street legal, might as well get barracuda.
