reserves if i m not wrong is 5 litres. total tank is 16.5 litres. once it reach 14.5 or 15 litres, res light will be solid. currently my main tank can hit 235 b4 blinking. reason is that i m on the expressway most of the time. but once hit trunk road, mileage drop by alot.

 

BTW, anyone ever encounter their gear indicator will go crazy at time, eg: kick gear 1 indicator shows gear 2 or 3? cos i jus had mine repaired by guan hoe, heard there are many cases for this problem. jus wanna share.

 

The gear indicator no need to repair. Just remove the front sprocket cover and then look out for the gear sensor on the top right. Remove it and start to spray contact cleaner/gt85/wd40 etc inside and turn the thing to clean the internal. And everything works perfectly again. The best part, FOC :angel:

open tank, unscrew air box,

 

take out air filter, slot in new one, screw back the airbox, put down yr tank,

 

screw back yr tank and bingo!!!! :cheeky:

wow blackie. that's really good mileage. did u change anything from the stock setup? that's like nearly 18~19km/L.

wahh the mileage damn good hor. ive neva in my entire ride on my 954 even though i constant on highway at 80 able to hit more than 13km/L.

 

maybe due to the throttle not as smooth as my new ride.

For the chain to rust, quite normal especially on stock chain..

 

Front disc, will see rustin especially after a rain..

everything stock except sliders, alarm, rim sticker and rider. LOL

 

yup thats abt average 18km/L. running on esso 98

yup mine is rusted... but blame it on me for the chain as i did not lube it for 7 months and counting. as for the front disc, its usually after raining, caused by our brake pads
