i have always wondered why there are some who puts some sort of a small cable tie at the bottom of the front fork tube ... is tis for damping/rebounding purposes ?

They use those cable tie as a marker when they adjust their front fork..

have you tried tuning your bike to max fuel input?

 

you may have that in bleeping your throttle.

 

and use the race type fuel..

 

disclaimer: pure theory/may coz severe damage to engine..
