Hello everyone. its been a while.

 

 

I see there are several more 07 riders on the forum :cheer:

 

And it appears that the stalling problem still persist. If the engine stalls when slowing down: Do not engine brake at too low rpms (

 

The 07 is a drinker the best mileage i can get is 13km/L. And it is still running a bit lean. A PC III may improve gas mileage but not too much I guess. Maybe a combination of responsible throttle usage and a PC III may give you a better gas mileage.

4 months to repair? thats crazy... 30% of your insurance and road tax gone into drain man.... make sure u claim that also but i jus wonder how come takes so long? 07 parts are all available here in singapore already... i think the most u need 2 or 3 weeks top..... what are ur bike damage by the way?

dont know leh, ah beng say no parts lor, btw i think only can claim the most of up till 14 days of no use of bike and it is about only $50 per day. still have to pay installment and still finding for a spare bike to ride during tis period,as cny also coming !!

check with ur lawyer or insurance company about the claim ba.. anyway i suggest u better push ah beng to finish up asap.... 4 months it jus too long to repair a bike by a bike shop... tats jus my opinion tho... fyi yamaha parts are carried by autocycle, automachinery and hongleong themselves. u can even call and ask them to order any items not here yet... the most will take only 1 month (from autos) if from hong leong they can tell u about 2 or 3 months to get a piece of rivet...
