lucky u guuys are discussing about it. After a ride yesterday, saw my balancer like out of place a bit. Its the rubber thingie that is holding the balancer to the handlebar that is slightly loose. I just pushed it back it only. Will the problem be re-occuring ?

You need to retighten it again. It is possible to tighten the balancer till very tight, but normally after tighten till a certain torque, the expander will start turning inside thus no amt of tighten will tighten the balancer. Anyway the balancer will become loose again after riding for a while due to vibration.

Sarge... I was down-graded NS man (pes "E")... cocked eyed.. really... shuttle-cocked eyed to be exact... right eye got smashed by shuttlecock.. not talking c***.. really

Even then.. the only "bar" I got slipped off (my shoulder) and got stuck on my sleeve

(I think I got down-graded coz they thought I was mad... I actually asked to do BMT.. really)

see lah... no wonder your Missus want you to sell off "Suzie"... all you talk about is Raba-ing (scrubbing) her... hahaha...

Bro... joke ah... jangan marah... I tak boleh lari kuat ah!

As far as street/track tyres goes... current mag on the newstands rated the Dunlop (think its 208) ahead of the BT-014s - cheap and good

Anyway... good luck to your sales...

true......only Sunday of the month I'm off and was at the track....

MY DIY oiler!!!!!

oiler bottle at my rear seat

http://www.photoi.org/share/upload2/561605719/oiler1.jpg

the setup, knob, better version den others, turn in n out to control flow rate of lubrication oil. very nice control as well

http://www.photoi.org/share/upload2/267072670/oiler2.jpg

view from the back

http://www.photoi.org/share/upload2/1736438039/oiler3.jpg

http://www.photoi.org/share/upload2/865636268/oiler4.jpg

nipper driper x 2

http://www.photoi.org/share/upload2/24323152/oiler5.jpg

drilled 2 holes on my front chain guard to hold the 2 dripers onto chain at correct places.

http://www.photoi.org/share/upload2/2054192525/oiler6.jpg

this is how i tried to hide the tube n oiler bottle

http://www.photoi.org/share/upload2/569049877/oiler7.jpg

total cost:

Knobs x 2 = $2 ($1 each)

Dripers x 2 = $1 ($0.50 each)

tube x 4 metres = $2 ($0.50 each metre, but i used 1 metre only)

oiler bottle x 1 = $0.80

so total amount of money needed is only $4.30 + ur lubrication oil + drill + time

oh ya, b4 doing the oiler, have to clean chain first.

I used 300ml of diesel, clean the dirt let it settle for 5 mins, den clean off for an hour or so..den do oiler.

oiler takes abt 20 mins to complete. however, while tinking n trial n error, i used 40mins.

No more regrets.

so paiseh, does that mean your oiler rite will automatic drip, then hw abt it stationary, does it drip too?

there r 2 knobs there. when stationary, just close them, den stop dripping.

when on the move, den open abit to let it flow again.

but hor, 1 week open once la, not always open, so whenever i wanna lub den i open the knob. so not really a muz to open when on the move la actually :cheeky:

No more regrets.

Well if you are able to tighten it one time very tight, which is very hard, it can last u for a long time.
