one tank from malacca to gp esso.. can... jus nice... comsumption reduced from 17km per liter normal riding to abt 13km per liter.. hit reserve before GP... reaching GP reserve light stay on liao... :sweat:

ya... this can be justified... ofcos 1 tank can travel much more then 205km.... but u gotta ride real slow to do that.... as in maintaining cruising 150-160 all the way... but again... it will take like 1.5hours to reach ayer keroh...

btw where are we going for makan? sorry for asking cos i m still quite new here.. also where is the ESSO station? i seldom use 2nd link.. can anyone give me some directions?

Your bike is running so good 13km/L or you didt realy whack enough. Cos for mi, form Gp to Yong Peng speed is about 270km/hr and above my bike can only manage 120km hit reserve. Which mean 15L travel only 120km. that will mean 8km/L and we take about 27min to reach YP. I think Rickilan was 28min and the 1000killer was about 26min. All FC was below 10km when speed hit above 250km/hr.

Which i think it near impossible for a 1000 to reach malacca in 45min. unless the 1000 got a extra fuel tank.

u cant achieve 13km/L if u keep redlining the bike. i ride in town area also abt 13km/L already. highway if mixed riding style maybe can get 12km/L. push it real hard, sure drop to abt 10km/L, maybe even lower.

Malacca to GP continuously slow whacking, can 1 tank finesh... no problem...

maybe the definations of "whacking" is different....

 

maybe you can join ww and guys for a Sunday morning ride to yongpeng... and experience wat is our way of whacking....

 

sad to say... other than whacking, there is another way call wanking.... ehehehhehe...
