how abt the headlight brightness ??

me always seem to fail my headlight brightness but still will pass the inspection one leh...not sure y also...

Head light fail is normal. Overall pass can liao. I actually asked at the cashier point and the lady told me that fail is normal, even cars also fail. She says is because their detector alignment not good.

 

Got LED? Just off it can liao.

If i remember correctly. In order.

 

1) Check chassis number correct

2) Poke something into the exhaust check emission

3) Check general lighting, signals, horns, brake lights

4) drive into their machine that clamps your wheels to check

a) Front braking force

b) Rear braking force

c) Wheel alignment

d) Front light brightness.

5) BINGO done, wait for test certificate to be printed on the spot.

I couldn't log in to LTA's web site, so couldn't print my Log card. So is log card a must for inspection? thanks

that time i went to book the inspection they asked for it. I told the chief inspector i do not have it he say nvm can print one. Then during the date of inspection another inspector say no no no cannot cannot... In the end i got the chief inspector to verify it... after that then the inspector carry out the inspection for me lor... Super troublesome thing to go through la. 1 hour...

no need log card ahhh cos they have it just go there say wanna inspection can already pay the 16 dollars plus if not wrong... just bring the inspection paper in case

dunno leh some say need some say dont need, but i went and the inspector ask me whether i made booking i said no and he said i have to book for a date... so i book lor haha.
