hey guys here an update. went to the LTA to appeal in person. it was SUCESSFUL. haha. i told them the truth and that they said this would be the first and the last time they will entertain this. the lady there was very nice. if u all want to appeal just be nice and very sorry. they are actually very nice. i just wanna thank all of you guys for your help. ride safely. cheers.

nowadays change liao mah, go TP appeal also officer talk to you bery nice...not like last time, go there like go sch see principal for punishment kinda feeling...
