What's a good, cheap, practice bike?

Hi, I'm looking for a dirt cheap class 2A or class 2 bike for my wife to practise riding on, because we plan to share a bike in future. Although she has the license she hasn't done much riding.

 

Budget is 3k and below. Anyone has any recommendations? Btw what's the price of bike COE nowadays? Thanks.

i'd suggest get an old super 4 pb 1 for $2k w 1 yr left on coe. trash it then scrap it - super 4s are the best practice bikes!
