Does buying a new GSA entitles one to get free panniers (x2) and top-case? Or has there been promotions where the 3 cases are given FOC?

morning bro, GSA comes with the side frames for mounting panniers, but no free panniers and no free top-case. GS1200 does not come with the side frames to mount panniers. hope this helps

Just that some kookoos who had intended to buy mine previously tried to pull a fast one and said sometimes buying from PML can get those free la, sometimes got promotions can get free la, one even said the brochure showed the bike with panniers so must come with panniers!

PML did have promotions on bikes with free panniers from time to time, last year was around sept to dec, i got mine with 2 sides vario panniers from them last oct

Ok. Vario panniers i heard b4. But the OEM Adv panniers... nvr came across.

 

Maybe there were, i wouldnt know.

when i was purchasing they were offering GS 30th anniversary with Adv panniers, fog lamps and black spoke wheels, but these were quickly snatch up and i was a little late to grab one of these 30th anni GS.

 

Cant remember if GSA were having any offer cause i am already vertically challenged on a GS so never pay any attention to what on GSA offers

Yes,it really pain in the asss.To replaced it cost so much but the dangerous thing about the servo assist brake is while you riding if it faulty there will be no brake at all.. Scary..

Not a R1150RT but a R1150R. Decided to dump it because I use my rear brake in lane-splitting and decided that I am better off without it. Trawl through the net, there is a write-up somewhere. Brakes are now conventional and still firm.
