no 250 ninja in Singapore. the 2013 model. I asked and the distributor is not bringing it in. only the 300cc version.

Malaysia makes the 250 cc version but that one has no slipper clutch either.

February 2011 - March 2012 = Phantom TA 200

March 2012 - August 2013 = Suzuki Impulse 400

Present = BMW (Bus, MRT, Walk)

I still have yet to collect the bike from the shop. They told me i could collect around mid of the month.

Oh ya btw, just want to ask a stupid question. Ninja 250 in SG are all carb is it? cos i think mine is the carburetor

version as the speedo have mph/kph. which means its from US right? and Ninja 250s from the US are using carbs

instead of FI? correct me if im wrong :giddy:

SG version of Ninja 250 are not from the US, it is imported from Thailand (correct me if I'm wrong) so therefore it is the FI model. an easy way to double cfm this is when u turn on ur ignition u shld hear a sound, once the sound goes off den u can start the bike.

another thing to take note, since ur speedo has mph/kph, most likely the mileage and trip meter are running in miles instead of km

would you mind telling around how much you got the bike? and what made you decide on it as compared to other shops? I guess main one is color -- green?

Well, mine is 11.3k for an FBF plate Ninja which i opted to install Yoshimura slip ons, else it would been 600+ less.

Note, this price already includes insurance. I bought that bike because its the only shop that have a very recent ninja,

the other one i found was FBC plate. That shop that i bought my ninja had 3 ninjas when i wanted to buy. One brand new,

one FBE and one FBF (which i bought). I decided to get the FBF as it's as good as new, bone stock with only 7000 mileage.

i tot our bike is known as Kawasaki Ninja 250R? according to my log card, my bike's model is EX250K.

did some research and found that there is actually a few differences between the 08-09 models and 10-12 models. apparently the 08-09 models only holds 17 litres of petrol because it is using a different fuel pump as compared to the 10-12 models which can hold 17.8 litres of petrol. btw ur original exhaust is full chrome? or the tip is chrome den the body is black?

oops, ya my bad. Mine is the EX250K too. Mixed up the last letter of my licence plate with the last letter of the bike model.

If i'm not wrong my is the chrome tip, black body exhaust. I still have not collected my stock pipe from the shop. I'll ring MotoWorld

tomorrow regarding the Yoshi pipe. Hopefully they have already updated LTA by then.

Hey guys, to those who have changed to 150 rear tyre, mind giving a short review?

I'm thinking of changing to 150 rear too but scared there might be rubbing or other issues.

So besides battlax BT45, what other choices are available for the 250?

can try dunlop arrowmax GT501. they have stock size for our bike.

btw, why not try 140 instead of 150 for the rear? previously Unique quoted me $305 for Bridgestone BT090 (110 front, 140 rear)

I've decided to change to Metzeler Sportec M5 instead since my previous bike used them and i am familiar with its

outstanding wet weather grip and long thread life. And i finally got my Yoshi slip ons inspected and certified at Vicom. I

suspect the other time i went STA, they were lazy to check up with LTA so they asked me call up motorworld instead.
