ANyone selling endcan?..or looking to switch with sxorpion witout silencer?..does anyone knows wer scorpion distributor is?..

Oh yah..if no deal..anyone interested to buy a scorpion endcan for $200 got cert but no silencer..

Contact Motovation, they are the distributor for scorpion exhausts..

Anyone that tamper/remove sliencer, baffle, restrictor, spark arrestor, etc from any street legal exhausts will be subjected to the big fine if caught..

LTA and TP are not stupid, they know what to look out for, they just needs shine a torchlight into your end can to find out..

What for get a street legal exhaust and modify it to become illegal???

Might as well get a race pipe right??

Your money, your bike..

Dun get burn and blame the authorities..

Personal experience is outta the whole group of DRZ riders abt 20 of us, got into a LTA roadblock..

I'm the only one that escaped without fine as I'm using Yoshimura st legal..

The rest had their st legal pipes on, but their fine is the same as the race exhausts ones as they had modify their pipe..

Sound not equal to performance, but they are somewhat related..

Wanna ride with a peace of mind, DO NOT TAMPER your street legal exhaust..

Bro a kind advice if you're thinking of getting one yourself. Guan hoe doesn't carry.

if you've seen the ori one you'll notice that they just guide the hose and don't really tie it down, i think. The other day i went and got myself a cable guide which turned out that it fits quite snugly around the hose. So tried rocking the front shocks to see if they are ok. they were fine then so i butt itchy and kiasi go and loosen the guide so that it loosens the 'grip' on the hose. Bad decision. NIghttime go ride at south buona vista that noticed that due to alot of dive at the front, the bloody guide sort of hooked the brake line and brought it out of the brake lines comfortable position. almost kinked the line, scared the **** out of me in case the line bursts under pressure..had to use my fingers and turn the M6 nuts with my bare fingers using gloves to release the guide off the brake line.

So u saying that it shouldnt be loose?

And where u got it from?

o_O in order to finish 1st, first you got to finish ...

Biting_point, any chance you know who's the dealer for Delta? previous owner must have removed the baffle inside the endcan...

Ride fast..ride safe..don't crash...

For the clip size that i had i think it was better tight than loose..it's just those normal cable guide, should be able to get it from hardware shops. i got mine from a garage nearby..know the parts man personally...

Think its speed zone supply

answer is above..

if yours is old Delta (not barrel 4), the sliencer is big bore single hole one..

if yours is barrel 4, the sliencer should be 3 straws one.. if you are having the big bore one, it's illegal..

and obviously no sliencer = illegal..

I like this.. you are asking someone who races a DRZ at PG all the time... and whose mechanic is Abboy Motor Racing.. to recommend you a good shop in the east for setting?? When no other DRZ tuned by any other shop in Singapore has beaten the DRZs from Abboy Motor Racing at PG??

What do you expect me to say if you expect me to speak the truth??

Hi guys, i have some questions to ask. Hopefully you guys can help coz im new to drz with was passed to me by my bro-in-law and knew nuts about it.

1. Mine is a white drz. I wanna change it to black. Reason is i had alot of problem taking out the stains. So where to buy all black colour fenders, headlights, etc...? OR those guys whose drz is white, how do you remove those stains?

2. I wanna change brake hose. Saw some post stating HEL and Venhill (correct me if im wrong) Which one to go out for? Price wise?

3. Can somebody tell me where is Raptor's workshop?

4. Throttle response for Drz. When i throttle, there seems to be some lagging on the response. There was one time when i was trying to squeeze in between 2 stationary cars in a traffic. While doing so, i throttled the bike and suddenly it died off. Having me a short guy riding a bike with a height of a horse, i could not maintain balance and landed sideways at the back of a car. Lucky no issues. So can anyone tell me what is wrong with da bike?

5. Time to change brake pad. Where and how much for front and back?

6. How do you guys prepare your bike(s) for Johor circuit? Sprocket wise, brakes, suspension settings... etc etc?

7. Anyone going for track session? Its been a long time...

I heard 18 Dec is track day, but too bad cant go. And how to go there? Now new roads everywhere. Its been 5 years since my last track day.

I hope the above is not too much to ask. Cheers!

Hi guys

Just collected my bike from the shop.

Rather disappointed as some parts of the bike is rusty although it's a 1st hand bike. (Chain, the hole where you pour EO in, one of the screw on the front brake pump.)

Some questions:

1 - Is it normal for the bike to be super hot? I've rode CBR400 and SP before but this bike is the hottest so far.

2 - The hole to pour EO in, is rusty. It seems like it's part of the bike frame. Is there anything I can do about the rust at such a location?

When i bought my 2nd hand drz, some of the parts like u said, chain, frame etc are rusty. But i told the shop that these things are not acceptable to me. So wen i collected my bike it was rust free. U shudve asked ur shop to it for u. Anyway rust are easy to remove. A little scotch-brite will do the trick. Unless its corrosion.

when i collected my 1st hand bike 4 mths ago, everything is okay. btw, did u check ur coolant level? the coolant reservoir tank muz be half filled k. anyway i did a coolant flush after my running in since i also dunno how long that coolant has been in the bike.
