how much it cost? what about the fuel consumption after using market pipe? any different.

Is it a new shipment? There is some minor cosmetic changes to the FZ16 with new rear grab rails and black fork tubes similar to the FZ16ST. I prefer the fork tubes come in black colour.

 

Don't mind telling me how much you paid for otr without insurance. And what freebies?

Yes, its brand new machine price for $4500.

OTR w/o insurance will be $7000 - $7300.

Hmm..looks like the price has gone up from a year ago.

 

Run-in can refer to the user manual. Vary the speed and cycle thru the gears, don't ride at constant speed. Since this is your first bike don't think you will rev the tits out of it but don't baby the bike lah. Engine oil type and change depends on individual, safe bet is refer to manaul.

the price around that for FZ16ST OTR with IU.. up slightly due to COE.. if u can grab below, $7500.. it's a good deal.

I placed a deposit for a FZ16 lava red today. Got to wait for the next COE bidding exercise coming Wednesday to determine the final price. $7000 with TPFT base on COE of $1500, no IU. I requested a COE ceiling of $2050, hope it doesn't goes above that.

Manual say 20W50, 10W40 also can, I use Castrol Power 1, 10W40 at S$18.00 from Ah Boy at Kelantan Lane.

I need some help. Everytime i start my bike in the morning it warms up fine for the first 5mins after that the engine just shuts off.

And sometimes when riding, i stop at a red light. when the light turns green i want to move off. My engines just shuts off.

Try servicing your carb first.
