Help Needed ~ CISCO fine

Today noon my bike SP had problem (petrol leaked never notice no petrol EMPTY) , thus parked on the road side @ ard tekka.

 

Behind car lots. Then i went off with my friend to buy petrol @ shell some where opp BIKE PRODUCTION

 

came back to see the fine.

 

I threw away my receipt @ shell but i paid via nets @ the shell station, when i checked on the online banking only have the transaction date and amount and the place 7-11.

 

Thus i like to check if i were to appeal can i appeal @ the URA website?

Would you think my fine would be waived off??

+ your AXS receipt as well.

 

Give them a very good reason why you had to leave your bike there. Bike leaking petrol is a good reason and also, attach your petrol purchase receipt as proof (with date+time) that you were at Shell purchasing petrol for your bike

 

P.S.: Sorry if I didn't see clearly, but it looks like you've paid the fine already. Usually fines come online after one or two days.

i haven't pay the bill... i don't have the receipt of the shell station as i usually throw them away, what i can get now is the online screen shot (ibanking) of the payment and date.

 

As u all know that shell station 7-11 takes care thus in the payment shows as 7-11 and not shell...

Aiyah, TS sorry ah, I didn't see you paid your fine @ Shell.

 

Does your iBanking have a line that says 7-eleven or Shell? And beside it is there like a transaction number or a funny bunch of numbers >> you can give that to the counter and ask them to reprint it.

 

Failing which, go with the other members suggestions in this thread.

TS, perhaps you can start by writing an email (and attaching the NETS statement) about the events that occured that day and see if you can get them to waive the fine. Usually they'll give you a reply within 2-3 weeks.
