I just brought Super4 and no choice but to sell my raider if not I ride once a week.

 

Many parts in my raider N i assured you, one of the fastest you seen. (135km/h with box and big wheel and spoket)

but this size is fit yamaha lagenda spark Z. it is so small size for suzuki but can use. No choice cause it was 11pm , just took ...

Old battery bonk due to seldom use bike , spoilt - cannot charge anymore. Used exact one year.

cleaned PAIR system 2 plates in PAIR membrane VALVE ASSY, 2nd air reed . Used knife to remove dirt sluggish carbon.

cleaned air filter

cleaned air filter box and water outlet pipe

re fit diaphgram and cleaned PISTON VALVE ASSY ( SLACK NEEDLE )

cleaned slack diaphgram

cleaned with autosol slack interior

cleaned spark coil area

checked water under nut in carb - NO h20

check both tyre bearings - OK

tighten rear view mirrors

checked why meter vibrate. Headlight cover broken. Now use rubber tire as anti-vibration

 

changed throttle cable - short type . New white belang is long throttle cable RM12.80 genuine made in msia

1. Changed front head light bulb - up 32W and below 30W

below 30w NO point , next time put 18w original better cause rectifier never allow high flow current

 

2. changed shell advance semi-synthetic oil

 

3. redo bracket and use HARDEX cement for front broken headlight cover. Now look perfect without vibration on meter panel.

 

Good job by mechanic.

New Adjuster Assy Tensioner sent for rebore, insert long screw and 3 nuts

RM 12

Used old existing Gasket Tensioner Adjuster cause perfect condition.

Total RM 15

 

Now engine very low noise and automatic tachometer shows became 1200rpm. DOHC controls smoothness.

 

LUMP SUMP for engine noise reduction and air pollution from exhaust = SGD 33 + RM 27 = RM 107

Identified  2nd air valve reed , air filter and Adjuster tensioner

1. shake bike - NO leakage from fuel cap lid

2. replaced fuel cap lid rubber

3. smelled fuel leakage from fuel level gauge sender

4. fill half tank and tested smelling - NO leakage

The TPS senses the throttle position and controls the ignition to help provide the best power delivery, which can especially be felt at lower engine speeds

 

Suzuki has also revised the chassis for the NEX allowing the seat’s height to be dropped to a lowly 735mm, thereby dropping the centre of gravity for that ‘flickable’ feel.

 

The NEX’s 3-spoke alloy rims also shed some weight thanks to its hollow core, which means it’ll be easier to get these wheels in motion as compared to heavier rims.
