give the new pads a chance to seat. if after a while it still rubs, you might want to consider bleeding/servicing the brake calipers.

1. Sounds to me like your brake disc is dented.

OR

2. The brake pad u use is not meant for ur bike one(just a random guess)

Your bike ever encounter accident before?

Yes, it's normal. Just keep your bike running for say 2-3 days and see if the same thing still happens.

There will be always some contact between the brake pads and disc. Let the brake pads get used to your disc. Try not to do any hard braking for the first 200km. One way to find out if your rear brake piston is seized, brake normally with your rear brake when u go for a ride , after about 20 to 30 km, stopped your bike, touch the rear brake with your bare hand to see if the rear disc is too hot or normal hot. Too hot means your rear piston is seized and cannot release and the brake pads is rubbing your disc all the time when u ride.

another point is that your disc might be uneven or warp and that why the disc is rubbing the brake pads all the times!!!
