Who to Appeal to?

Hi guys,

I had recently kanna a parking summon by CISCO on the 21st of DEC 06.

 

However as stated in it, I must wait for TP letter.

 

Now is the case I wish to appeal for this fine and it had been a week since the day of summon already.

 

1st of all, who shld I goes to?

 

2nd, shld I wait for the letter to come? or shld I pay e fine through the SAM/AXA machine 1st then appeal after that?

 

And in term of appealing, Must it be send in hard copy(written letter) or can send through soft copy (E-mail)?

i also appealing against my summon.

 

KNN "parking w/o coupon" ($8) but tat CB cisco guy summon me for "parking w/o valid season parking" ($25) .. my house carpark are all WHITE color lots , no mention of season parking

 

on the summon ticket , there is a email address [email protected] for write in enquiries

hi .. i kana b4 .. i i had successfully appeaded .. for 70 buck fine .. from cisco ... u can call the number on the summon then ask the person they will refer u to the tp mailing address [email protected]

if u have intention to appeal

then pls dont go ahead and pay the fine 1st

because once u pay, the chances of them refunding/returning u the money u have already paid is near to zero

the last time i kena something like tt, i went to HDB town council to write an appeal letter. I did not pay the fine.

Gotta wait 2 weeks for the appeal letter to be replied. U will receive a letter informing you on the status of the appeal.

all white lots doesn't mean non-season btw.. Some carparks which are all-season will be white lots instead...

However, I had just reiceved the letter.

Nothing stated inside about writting in to appeal?

No e-mail to reply to.

 

So i just send a written appeal letter back to TP HQ.

hope will hear good new from them thou.

Cisco i think is TP HQ if i didnt remember wrongly... Kena once B4... Go there write in can liao.. Cuz the IO wont bother to listen to bike offence..
