I am proposing Saturday Bird meet up to get to knoe the new bird owner in the clan.

 

8pm

Kallang KFC

Saturday 14/8/04

 

Meet will be only confirm if there is ppl coming. So all bird owner pls reply if you are coming. If no reply mean no one is interested or coming. So it will de deem as cancel.

not really..but depend on what you lookin for.... if you lookin for big part such as exhaust... it may abit diffcult to buy it overseas as it can be costly.

rectifier not gone yet.

was thinking of adding one more standby to my bird. in case if fails on me overseas

 

afterall an additional rectifier costs 180 with installation by sanfu

its done by switching the plug over

 

its cheaper than calling a tow truck up in malaysia u know....

 

 

in sanfu, i had my leaking clutch problem solved by changing the rubber seal at the clutch pump and had my injectors cleaned.

 

i feel that they are quite experienced with the blackbird.

jawa told me that he used to ride one.

as so, im pretty certain that he can do a good job

how much the recitifer alone cost? and how much he clean the injector? BTw did u observe how he clean the injector?

 

if things failed...it may not be the rectififer...sekali the ECU,CDI, etc... worst man...anyway electronic gadget got no tell tale sign.. haizzz

so far respond doest look good. 3 bird only from a list of 15 birds.... hmmmm

 

So far how lightspeed still want hold it? like waste time if only got 4 birds coming.

very hard to describe to explain how he wash leh.

but i did see how he did it lah.

 

as for the rectifier, can try asking FJT.

its just a precaution.

 

CDI... spoil also bo pian. coz itz all linked from the ignition to the other electrical systems.

 

even if u got spare one also dunno how to set.

sorrie dude... i knoe nuts on the remapping things.

 

too many version of story i read and heard. Cant comment. Maybe you can ask those forgein bird forums or those sportbikes freaks..they remapped thier bikes like macam install CS.

I beg to differ... But probs to look out for is high milage cause its a wonder full bike to ride ,efi light ,cam tentioner and getting use to the brakes or being overweight like some bird rider i know... hehehe

all bird have a common problem...which is speeding. A high chance of kena caught and gantong licence. Most bird seller i met either lost thier license,cant afford installment or both. :giddy:
