If i may say something, i would say dat you are right in dat the Zero Gravity's double bubble may not be as high as the Powerbronze bec i am currently using one right now. If i were to change mine it wld also be the Powerbronze.

Powerbronze highest. Followed by MRA double bubble. ZG lowest. Powerbronze double bubble is thicker too. But thickest and best is givi...

As previous birds mentioned u can try the diff alternatives...

budget wise, Givi will be good...

H&B is worth the $$$

SKMW very worth the $$$ & can customise any way u like it as long u can pay ...lol

& not forgetting the lifetime warranty....

Skmc cant really customize as much as u think. William got strong principles, he wun make for u unless in his opinion the design is strong n study. In other words, guarantee strong. Good thing is use stainless, hardly any rust.

Sw motech still the neatest design imho. But i dont think can hold much weight.

I haf e h&b b4, can dig up some old photos if u wanna see.

Skmc iu bracket shld b ard $80...

yup but their customising skill are nonetheless proven & tested...lol

Stainless steel durable & strong but got 1 problem...

Weight issues...

that is the onli drawback...

2 degree is enough, better to get the fixed one, non adjustable...!

As our BB easily get hot, or alternatively can get try to find after market cam-sprokets(adjustable one)

but for this u really need to find one bloody experience mechanic, otherwise it will screw up ur valve...!

Cheers...!

Well BB is a hot bike so the best way to maintain it is to change the whole set of radiator hoses,u might want to change the water pump too.Start with basic wear n tear then modify ur bike to ur own expenses.U don wanna stuck in Msia with a burst hose don't you....:)

To test if ur rad hose are becoming bad,all u need to do is to press the hose,if it gives a crunchy sound, looks like its waiting to burst. And a point of note......do it when ur bike is cold aite.:)

what box u intend to get? mounting for box is impt too. I tried 240kmh with my h&B 50L topbox before. Sengkwang should be charging u around 180 too for a top rack..

It's easy to get the hoses going to the coolant reservoir mixed up with the one that runs to the engine. They're about the same size. Check where these 2 connect to the radiator. Don't spend any money unnecessarily until you check this isn't the problem. Many mechanics have screwed this up when removing the radiator. Even the agent Honda mechanics managed to screw this up.

Mine was having the same problem last 2 mth ... Wass leaking thru a tiny hole jus beside the pump... Impeller was not working , change water pump and it was fine... Basically u have to check where tge leaks come from ... My 2nd bike currently leaking around the top block , change pump but didnt work... So i suggest u check where its leaking from first b4 u change....

As most webbie says for BB , if its leaking from a tiny hole just behind part arnd the water pump means pump spoil...
