Actually Im not sore abt the accident

**** happens when u ride a bike

Good thing was, that night only one bike went down

Lucky not all three pile up if not the injuries would have been worse

Best of all I managed to walk away from the accident:thumb:

My stupid fren sent me this vid the day I collected my bike

Everytime I watch it sends a shiver down my spine:faint::faint:

BB is an old bike bro...its best to get the springs changed...Ohlins if you like bling2 n track peformance...or hyperpro if you dont want to spend much...

Adjustment of preload, you can either use shims or install a VFR800 adjustable fork caps...there's no way of adjusting the rebound and compression damping, except only by playing around with the fork oil wt.

Fully adjustable fork cartridge is available from traxxion dynamics but very pricey...Racetech also got some hop up internal parts for the fork to perform better...

Yup tat y change fork spring for a stiffer feel or just add heavier oil...

should be same? since non adjustable...lol

neh the fully adjusatble stuff i oso dun noe hw 2 use... for bling bling ok lah haha....

hmm....

any 1 have idea on the pricing for a pair of fork seals?

also any idea abt the pricing of the stock fork nuts?

I remember someone have a set of rectificer & coil for sales...

still have it mai??

Hi Guys,

Need info on these issues.

- What is the average mileage can BB fetch? Currently my ride can only fetch 200km.

Mine is 250 before blinks .. so abt 300km after reserve .. but when i go full throttle all the way esp in mesian highways .. at 200km, fuel start to blink oredi .. im waiting for Bro jebat or bro zesture to come upwith an alternative solution ... use cooking oil ..... hihihiihhihihihihihi

In life, there are important decisions that you have to make.

I chose to ride ... And I chose to Ride Hard and Ride Safe ... On a BLACKBIRD.

Past Rides : Ali Baba (P.Ramlee period), Chopper (Disco season), BMX (ET season), Piyo-Piyo (2008-??)

Current mine is 250km then it hits reserve...rode till 317km and pumped in 22L...(for SG roads)..If NSHW then i got "throttlerthritis" it will go till 200-210km before hitting reserve...My setup is scorpion cans and PC3...So thats why high fuel comsumption...

Cookin oil still expensive bro...thinking of sea water...lagi best...!!

The fuel gauge indicated half tank before I rode the bike to work. Once reached my office it shows 1 bar. The distance btw my office and home is about 15 to 18km. On top of that, the exhaust sounds suddenly became louder. I noticed there was a hole below the exhaust and the sound is coming from there. According to my friend, the hole is for the CO sensor which is suspected missing. This might be the cause for the heavy fuel consumption. I dunno how true is his statement. I hope you guys could help shed some light on this.

Thank you.

The only solution for fuel issue is rightwrist discipline........if u all can tahan to ride strictly 90km/h till blink,u'll be surprised,of course it shud follow with smooth take off.Avoid hard rev.

But if really u wanna safe fuel........buy a kupchai....:)

For BB,no matter wat make ur bike is,it can swallow 92 Ron petrol,no need to pump the best and expensive fuel in town.BB is bulletproof,u can howvere treat it with expensive fuel once a month...........some says by filling up with cheap fuel, carbon build-up will affect the bike's performance.........My dear BB riders, dats wat NSHW is for........notice the trees along the highways? they are meant to swallow the carbons la...hahahahahhahahaha....if u dun see trees,it mean u fly toooooooooo fffffaaaaassssstttttttt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *quoted from someone confused*

Eh ..got trees huh?

I used to get about 240km before it starts blinking. After changing the ECU, I was shocked that it could go 340-360km after hitting reserve. JFYI, YMMV.

Is this the aftermarket ECU?

No bro, there is no aftermarket ECU. It's a stock Honda ECU. The ECU I was talking of before was a reconditioned stock Honda ECU also, not an aftermarket ECU.

I was quite shocked by the mileage after the change, didn't expect it to make such a big diff. When the old ECU was blinking I only got 180 - 200km before it starts blinking.

Did anyone who has changed the ECU notice this also?

Alamak Greysnail !! It's not about fc lah or else I would have taken public transport :)

I found out that either my fuel indicator wiring or ecu might be faulty. How to agak-agak (estimate) when will my fuel run low. Just got the bike a week ago only.

Anyone can recommend a good workshop for me to send my bike? Thank you.
