Very subjective in regards with eo n plugs.

As for me iridium plugs can last 10k or more. See the lifetime of the plugs shud be more unless the firing ain't mormal den change la,as for eo,i dun follow rule. 10 k den i change coz i seldom ride hard and i use 20/50 thicker but shud last long. Take note of our climate too so since it hotter here 20/50 shud be gd. It makes ur bike heavier in operation but dats my view lor.Trackies choose lighter viscosity coz it makes their bike light in operation and they normally change religiously .

My orgasm starts at 299km/h.....

Personal ride -

1st ride - TRZ 125

2nd ride - GSXR-K

Totally agreed but not wif yr mileage clocked then change oil..lol

Well as said very subjective....

for me...

EO change depends on wat oil i using....

Motul 5100 ard 2.8k change

Agip Tec 15w50 ard 4k change

of course when i feel the oil getting "tight" i will change eariler so the above-mentioned served as a guideline....

Usually aft a long touring session like last last week i went solo to hat yai total mileage below 2k...

when i bck i change my oil even though still relativly new....

Plugs i use normal plugs as i gt bad experience wif iridium plugs...lol

for me every 3-4 mths change a set of plugs ba or when i feel like it or when my bike feel like it...lol

some change every half year aka 6mths... so depends...

Since i changing plugs will wash air filter (using those reusable ones)

those on stock filters should be ard 10k km bah...

same as those washing & reoiling ....

Oil filter is every oil change personal peference...

normally will be 2nd oil change then change...

just something to add on since toking abt oil stuff....

I bleed my front & rear brakes & clutch regularly 3-4 mths...

this is something many ppl overlook & end of the day spend more $$$ buying the repair kits for the pumps which cost more $$$....

Regular bleeding will ensure braking & feel of clutch to be at the optimal always thus safety & long run save u $$$$...

Well these are my personal preferences...

Cheers!!!

flames? meaning the blockoff plate will prevent the backfire? :X pardon my noobness. haha

Purpose of the blockoff plates is to disable the PAIR system. What's a PAIR system?. Due to strict exhaust emission law in certain countries bike manufacturers install this to actually reduce the exhaust emission.

How it works?. The PAIR system basically draws air from the airbox and injects it directly to the exhaust port thus causing unburned fuel from the combustion chamber to reburn again in the exhaust header thus reducing emission one the exhaust exits the tail pipes. Bikes with rich mixture(using PC3 for better HP) then to have flames exiting from the tail pipe under hard deceleration.

However while dynotuning, you need to block off this PAIR system from working as it messes with the true reading of the Air Fuel meter.

sound from the engine????

Need to hear what kind of sound

I think I'm the only one here who has had that problem

spent abt 4k to full overhaul including the whole clutch

system... after that smooth and silent as a showroom bike

ok birds...

here are some photos of the frame plugs that I got in...

tried to find O rings like the extreme works but couldn't find at the hardware stores...

so use silicion. able to withstand heat till 500 degree F so it ard 268 degree C....

waterproof, durable & flexible...

I will test it to see if can withstand my daily usage (heat, speed grim etc)

Will update result in 2 to 3 days....

all have a tight snug fit less one hole on the right frame top one...

nt very tight but i secure all using silicon even those tight ones...

Pictures show 1st the silicion I'm using, the right frame follow by left frame follow by right frame with the abv mentioned problem & lastly the silicion i'm using (rear)...

installation just took mins... with the Frame Plugs, Silicon, Wet Tissues & "dry Tissues".

1st Wipe down the holes with wet tissues

2nd Dry them using tissues

(u can wash your bike then install oso ok)

3rd Choose the right frame plug size & apply a thin layer of silicion around the plugs

4th Push in the frame plugs & make sure it is flush with the frame

5th Wipe off any excess silicion that ooze out with wet tissues

6th Let it dry for at least 30mins or more before riding... Silicon will cure at least overnight or 24hrs...

6 easy steps...lol

If all goes well, those who order I will help u to install & secure the plugs by silicion....(since i only use 1% of the silicion..lol)

let keep our fingers cross...

Cheers!!!

No boost in peformance....it just stops the poping or flames coming out from the exhaust. Plus its makes job of tuning the bike on dyno using air/fuel meter easier..

Its hard to see of one have it or not, have to peek into small holes of the side fairing...Best time to see is when changing sparkplugs. If blockoff plates were installed, there's wont be a hose between sparkplug hole 1 and 2 or 3 and 4.
