Where when to meet?

The soft side bag look very similar to the CIVI one, one of my fren using it(CIVI) only fix it when go touring

So far all my freind who sat on the gts(pillion) comment's(Compare to JR200) ;-

1. Stable

2. More comfort

3. Feel like a big bike

Meanwhile i am starting to speedup a bit after the oil change( transmission & engine)

The steering feels heavier and heavier as i go higher

Feel very heavy abit not use to it (use to JR200 light wieght)

High speed cornering also very shiok and stable

finished the first tank of petrol with about 28km/l

Scoot for L I F E

Hyosung Aquila 125 -> Joyride 200 -> GTS 200 -> G-MAX 200 -> Adiva AD200

Ok I got mine at Regina/AhBoy and its less that 20... think its 16 or 18. Forgot already. I'm using this for the first time on my bike and now its around 3k km.

To be honest.... I didn't feel any difference. Castrol/SPC/Mobil1 no difference felt.

Or maybe some will like to say... "He buy from AhBoy one mah...." I really don't know.

I've been advised by a friend who used to work there and he told me the Mobil1 is real.

Ah boy? Just a personal preference... Engine-related stuff, i would prefer not to buy there. Thz is juz my personal opinion. Sorry LAB...

Maybe in juz invest a few more $ to get it right from the kiosk. Gonna hav my 2nd oil change soon....................

GUys,

not sure bout ur gts, but mine had one of the led lights blown. Went to Mah motor to rreplaced it, they said they got to order the whole set as they cant change only 1 of them. As it is still under warranty, i need not pay a single cent.

N i noticed theres a leakage of coolant at 1 of the hose(near the dipstick of engine oil. Got it replaced FOC too..........

Better check ur bikes for any probs...............

Btw, i'm still happy with my daling....................

I suggest u leave ur bike under a heavy rain for a few days or under the hot sun if any.

There might be some unseen problems that might be left undetected. Better to spot them during the warranty period.

IF yours isn't those deep scratches where the paint had been stripped,u can do a wet sand then buff with auto polish. It works a charm :thumb:

I hope malossi would produce some aftermarket parts for this model.BIG BOre kits! o_O

As a sport bike rider b4, riding thz bike is a totally new experience....though sumtimes i'll get frustrated as cant get at high speed especially when late for werk....

I'm sure u'll have a gd impression of ur scoot...esp the luggage space. No need to squeeze raincoats under the pillion seat... ahaha.........

The fall is a very gentle one...i slowly landed my gts to the ground. Obviously, there's surely b scratches, but to my surprise, the colour coating is very thin, so the paint job also came off, but only a little. I do believe sanding n buffing would at least minimise the obvious marks, but i tink i'll juz stick over those rubber door guards by the side...to protect the bike from further scratches.......

BTW, thx for the idea bro..........

Guys,

Ever since i ride scoot, i notice an after market brand tt widely spoken of. Yea u guys know it. Its Malossi.

As i'm new with thz brand, i'm quite curious of what parts they have. Been to the website, n i observed most of them r meant for improving the performance of scoots.

Improving the performance also means incresing the risk of engine life. My question is,

1) how good (quality wise) is Malossi??

2) Are there any agents in spore where they sell almost all of Malossi parts??

3) What other brand names are associated with scoots??

Your contributions is greatly appreciated........

By the way, FC for te bike. 29km/l

Bear in mind, rpm maintained below 8, No pillion. I'm 90kg.

This is with sg shell v power. Later tonite goin jb, top up with v power too.

Updated..........

I'm 90kg, some times riding with pillion. Speed never exceeds 100km.hr.

FC = 29km/l .................but topped up with m'sia shell super 98.

Now, twiced toppedup full tank with 2 different petrol quality but produced same results. I do believe, assuming tt my bike consumes more fuel when with v-power.

v-power = 29km/l w/o pillion

super 98 = 29km/l with pillion

U can find some malossi parts in MotorWorld. Not sure if they got the full range of models thor. Maybe they can order in?

And I'm actually new to the scooter world.. Just sold off my R1 to change to a GTS200 for comfort riding. Should be getting my bike in 2 weeks time max.
