wow.. tats quite x bro.. din noe price went up tat high .. maybe due to ur insurance i guess .. my advise, get the break down of the 8.6k. imo, it looks really on the high side. got try other shop? list u a few.. asphoon, bike production ... etc.. go window shopping 1st ar .. can get rough idea.

The shaking comes from the handle bar and basically, it's the front part of the whole bike. It happened only after a long ride in a warm day and when i'm coming to a stop.

 

So do you know what kind of sickness is that?

 

it sounds like a steering cone problem to me or virbrations from a worn out engine mounting or bush which may perhaps be over tighten as well.

 

But when happening only aft along ride in a warm day while coming to a stop again dun sound like any problems from worn out bearings or any stability issues like suspension or mountings.

 

If nothing is wrong with the steering cone bearings, do try to open up ur transmission case n check on ur tranmission pulleys especially the clutch n clutch bell which might be slightly heated up n malfunctions abit during the slowing down due to improper disengagement

 

As u had mention u had just change ur fork not too long ago, I guess u had also replace ur steering cone bearings which might had been tighten too tight or requires tightening.

i think OTR is not rly on the bike price.sometime the insurance play a big part.

normally bike only cost 6.5 above bah.

my is like 6.5 round up OTR

insurance 500+

installment is 187 per mth for 26 mth.

Hi all..i've jus got a 2nd hand VXR200 yesterday.. i understand dat the bike has a autochoke..but mine dun seem to b working? Whenever i do a cold start, the rpm stays at where it usually idles...sometimes it drops to below 1k but it nvr seem to rise higher like my friend's, when the rpm drops, the engine is like dying but it has nvr happen b4. I've compared our carbs looks the same to me from my angle.. Could there b a problem? Can anyone advise?

orginal belt usually 8k better change....kelvar belts might last more than 10k but suggested replace it at 10k.

 

Rollers depends alot of the weight u r using as the lighter 1s usually wears out faster...do check ur rollers for wear everytime u open up ur tranmission case. Usually it will be 2 roller change n 1 belt change depending of roller weights n riding style...a good suggestion will be to get the rollers replace everytime u change ur belt be it at 8k or 10k km...n dont forget the u-clips which r also very important
