good morning everyone :shades:

Yeah, man this morning is one of the heaviest downpour I have experience for a long time.

Visibility is not very good and I have to on my hazard lights all the way to work.

Is there a side guard for the feet area ? the rain was so heavy today and due to water ponding on some part of the road, when car went pass me, the water spray from the side of the car spray onto my feet area. I have to lift up my leg to prevent my shoe from getting wet from the side spray.

i usually do my maintenance at looi's... boon siew too expensive liow :p

Hey scooby, I've never tried servicing my scooter at Looi's. Am trying to find a new wkshop to do my scooter as I always did mine at a 'usual' place and I think I shud try other place to compare service and price.

Does Looi's specialize in scooters just like those workshops in Kallang Baru?

nope... they do all kinds of bikes, its scale of business cannot allow them to do only scoots... will eat grass

i go there becoz my SW bought them plus prices are reasonable... unlike many smallish shops that're ever-ready to cut pockets with their "parangs" :cheeky:

FI I think no need to tune.

But best to synchronise/balance when you change plugs/air filter.

I did mine at K & T in ubi.

heh heh... got my denso IUH-24 from LAB last night, only $15 each :cheeky:

Kris was saying we should grease the plug threads a little before installing, normal grease or engine oil can?

Hmm. You must be the one who caused LAB to go out of stock of the IUH24 when I went down yesterday!

Btw, did you get the IUH24 or the IUH24D?

Got difference... the D got no 'u' groove de.

How many screws to dismantle the front cover to change the bulbs?

If follow the manual it says 4 only. Correct?

hurhurhur.... Not mods lah... Juz some accessories done on her. Mounted up a pair of aftermarket horns, swapped the right switch assembly out using the JDM one with the hazard light switch integrated n working, headlight switch done, third brake light done, room light switch under the seat done, butt rest now become back rest using the riser pad bought from ebay, and oh.... had a pair of integrated signal light mirrors intially bought for my other bike now mounted up on my SWing, initially couldn't get the lights working as per what I wanted but now everything's up n running. Mmmm.... thinking of changing the rubber foot plates to alloy ones, trying to improvised on a pair of deflectors on the lower fairing and handle bar... :cheeky:
