Guys, how much engine do u all use when changing EO along with oil filter?

I thought was 2.2L but the mech use 2.7L and insist its correct :giddy:

w/o changing oil filter is only 2 litres, with oil filter change is 2.2 litres ! dont let them over top ur E.O, use the dip stick to check ur oil !

2 roads diverged into a wood, and I-I took the road less traveled and that makes all the difference!

If you can find/buy a large syringe.... or use those oil pump if the tube can fit into the engine oil filler opening.

Even the smallest spark can start a massive forest fire...

Noticed my bike shivers a lot after 100km/h, and I know this should not be for SW.

1) Besides balancing the wheel (changed mine 2 weeks back), r there any advise from the rest?

2) I would like to fix the aftermarket (probably Givi) windshield to protect my wide body from the wind, any advice which model is good and which shop would you recommend?

Many Thanks. :)

A relatively cheap remedy you can try is to switch to heavier balancers to see if it can help.

did this happen rite after u change tires? usually the tire balancing aint gd cost this kind of problem. other than that ur tire pressure.

taller windshield does effect the vibration due to aerodynamic cause like my ST11 last time.

I have not tried higher speed previously and since the bike has ran in, I was trying to see if it performs well and stable but sadly, it is not.

The tires as correctly mentioned, has not been balanced but tire pressure is always correct as I checked it weekly, will go for wheel balancing shortly. :)

As for william_liu feedback (Thanks William), I am not sure how this will affect the speed but will check with bike shop people to see if the Dr.Pulley helps.

By the way, just to confirm on "william_liu" suggestion, should I go for lighter or heavier weight?

Can just call me William bro. And you should try heavier handlebar balancers... think you mistaken the balancers to mean rollers in the variator.

Usually rollers should not result in the kind of vibrations you described... unless they are severly worn out or not fitted properly.

Even the smallest spark can start a massive forest fire...

Where can I fix the balancers for Silverwing? Roughly how much does it cost?

Most motorshops that service scooters should have. For me, I got mine at Future Scootering, price in the region of $25~30 for a pair of chrome heavier balancers. Not sure if there are cheaper ones around.

Tried many shops but they don't have the balancers now (including Future). Heard from one shop owner, the market is out-of-stock now.... not sure if this is true or not. :giddy:
