bloody ass hole said he relised he was selling too low and told me that he wont sell unless i jacked up the price more. And besides it was already so bloody ex.

Well since it is a rare bike so u can expect the price to be high.. It was 6k plus when the bike came into singapore. The engine parts are the same as X9 so there will always be spare parts.

Thanks man!! Ha, ya, until then, its still the trusty pair of tyre levers to do the job! Not much space to stow the tyre-changing machine too. But is considering getting one nevertheless..

finally took the bike from the shop!! yeah!!!

changed from a 20+ year old rxz to a 2+ yr old dna

 

v fun bike to have i got to say.. hehe

 

stroker>>> your shop can help repair the front storage compartment?

the compartment seems like kanna pry open by some bugger...

seems for now only have this problem..

 

idling rpm at 1.5 is it normal??

That sounds very 'challenging' a job.... :sweat: . ha. Anyway, 1.5krpm is a lil high, although the manual says its ok. IMO, 1.5k rpm idling is ok for big bored bike.. But for a stocker, 1.2 to 1.3k sounds better. Not as hot too.

You can still achieve the nirvana that is SPEED, but you need to get a faster set of 2 wheels first!

Any guys still interested in getting a DNA?

 

I planning to sell mine (FU plate) for $2.6k.

Bought from Asphoon last Oct.

Current mileage is around 32k.

 

Changes i did to the bike:

1) Exhaust change to street legal GPR full-system.

2) Hella Horns

3) new magnetic coil

4) new air filter

5) new fuel pump, water pump

6) new clutch and belt

7) Just service 1 month ago

 

Hope to be able to sell within this month as will be going for overseas studies.
