Hey guys.. I have the intention of changing to the the above mention carb for my x1r.. I just found out recently there is a great different (ie. apart from price different) in terms of performance/fuel consumption between the ones made in Japan, thailand and taiwan? Is this really the case i wonder.. Anyway, what the suitable jetting use for the carb taking into consideration that I have only done basic mod (rextor cdi and yoshi full system) for my bike.. Hope you guys can shed some light to the matter!! thanks in advance!! Ride safe!!

The KEIHIN PWK and PE series are totally different carburetors. Google is your friend.

actually there is also yoshimura carburetor for x1r too. i use to had it on my x1r, it does give performance but fuel drainage too.

Chiaph, i think you didn't get the correct jettings for that carb. Time and again it's been proven that the mjn needle works with FC
