Tour by bike Sing-Malaysia-Thai-Cambodia-Vietnam

Hey Brothers/Sisters,

 

I'm Vietnamese - Singapore PR, I bought a second hand bike. I'm planning to leave Singapore for home and make a tour From Singapore, through Malaysia, Thai Land, Cambodia and then Vietnam.

 

Do you know if I can make such a tour from Singapore to Vietnam, any documents needed, how much and how long will it take me to make such a tour?

I'm planning for Oct. But I'm not sure about paper work, why it seems only Vietnam requires this, no one mention about entering Thailand and Vietnam?

I'm leaving next week if all goes well, planning to ride through the same countries plus Laos and a quick glance at Myanmar and China maybe.
