$520/- nett. Got a few small free gift if u ask the correct personnel. Bought one for my wife not from Chong Aik, its comparable light compared to even my AGV/Arai FF. Comfort wise my wife no complaint cos she only prefer Flipup type.

I have no opinion about that but I seriously think that just get a PSB-approved open-face helmet without any arrogant stickers for your lessons and test and you are okay

Nolan, for all i know of, is not cheap. Price wise, u probably need to chk wif the agent, wic i think is chong aik.
