X8 400 will be available soon.

The "homo" is done and the inspection is successful.

I am taken aback by the price too...in a pleasant way...

but i cant reveal it here 1st. its cost lower then MP3 125. ;)

 

I have also tried riding it...hmm...its nothing like before...

the smoothness of the FI oozes out when you throttle...

i would say it have the power of Nexus without the raw feel.

Hey Bro i just bought My X8 today!! the market from what i have observed is about 5.5k 2005 fz plate but there are some that are cheaper but thats the market price direct from owner if from bike shop they are asking about 5.5 - 6k but you have to look out and view a few as for me i was lucky the first bike i viewed was the best one low milage and perfect condition the others all had minor to major problems and where asking about the same price as the first one i saw 5.5k i managed to neg down to 5.2k for my X8 very nice owner and we closed the deal in 2 days :thumb: good luck on your search :goodluck:

definately cheaper then SW.

at first b4 i got to try the X8 400...SW has always been top in my list in th 400cc.

lets put it this way, now its seat has been "shaken" :lol:

 

SW is still the best to many, but X8 400 is coming on very strong.

 

Available colors are like SW..... Limited.

in only Silver and Black...

 

i will update tis thread once i "touch" X8 400 more :lol:

but recko seriously, this is a scoot you can consider and forget about any 500cc.

In my opinion, this X8 4 has satisfy almost 80% expectation in a touring scooter to phuket every year.

if there are no "extra" problems which i have alot of confidence in, a single engine has not much hassle in servcing. maybe we have to worry about the FI part.

 

but I am looking at the bright side and very excited about the coming of this X8-4.

Ordered this book from Amazon.uk a few weeks ago and it arrived yesterday and I must say the information covered is very impressive! Still going through the book and lots of very useful advice and tips included for the various Piaggio scooter models featured. Lots of pictures and diagrams showing you how to do your own maintenance.
