@ 2000hr went to JB after JB customs bike suddenly die off.... start again ok and RPM went to zero and dead again...open up slightly the choke and start RPM stay at 1000 and ride to Shell. Stop engine,topup and start again RPM 1000. try to play with choke...(Close sligthly) drop to zero and dead again...

open up the choke ride back home and park RPM @ 1000. play with the choke again (close fully)..engine dead....

Any bro here can tell me what happen to my bike....? Thanks.

I faced a similar problem sometime back. But let me share first dat mine is carb and urs is EFI so root cause may be slight diff due to ur electronics. But here's sharing anyway..

Probable causes:-

1) Fuel Relay ( this was my root cause)

2) Starter Relay

3) Magnetic coil failed

4) Rectifier

I faced a similar problem sometime back. But let me share first dat mine is carb and urs is EFI so root cause may be slight diff due to ur electronics. But here's sharing anyway..

Happened to me a few times, couldn't find anything wrong, driving high acceleration, close throttle slow and pull in clutch, die. Start again rev, drive off, checked but couldn't find anything wrong. 3 times in 2 yrs.
