Just got my Scorpion, Wash & clean Carburetor & air filter, change cam head seal ring (both), problem still exists. What is wrong???

Scottoiler vacuum plug check & re pluged. I even brought & changed a new plug from Motoworld @ $10 just for the "L" Plug.

Do you hv any problems wif ur neutral light? I vaguely remember a problem similar to yours Wic I had. Found out by mech dat my neutral light sensor located at side stand area causing the fuel relay fault cuz while riding in gear, the bike sensor 'believes' side stand is down.. But it's an intermittent problem Wic occurs only wen riding..

 

Mayb cn luk into it to see if dis could be root cause. Cuz all the needful checks u mention had been done so far. My bike problem at that time is caused by gunk building around the sensor preventing it to work properly.

Hello all to my fellow Vara brothers n sisters..im a fellow vara rider from KL.Im having issues down here with regards in finding brake pads for my vara 1000. In need of a set of front n back brake pads urgently. My local shops are useless as they cant find sparepart for me. Anyone can help me? if possible a contact number where i can order n get it delivered to KL for me? Thanks alot my bro"s n ride safe!

Bro, maybe u can contact Nabil who station at KL now. Can check with him whether he can bring the brake pads for u. His contact +60146327544 or +6590092349. Let me know if u have any problems. Vara Spare part can get it easily in singapore. Maybe one of this day u should ride to singapore for get all ur spare parts.

Finally bike is done after 2month of waiting of spare parts & resting at the workshop.

Fully decal now inorder for me to keep this bike again for another year....if anyone interested with her and offer a good price most likely will let her go :(

 

Item replace

Fuel pump,fuel relay, throttle cable,clutch cable,eagle screen,left fairing, right foot rest holder,AT handle, bar riser, touratech handguard, touratech crash bar,rear rim,Led fog light etc....spending me ard 2.5K for it. Maybe the money spend will stop me getting another new bike

Bro, i check with the mech, he told me it could be the spark plug dirty or never plug in properly. Tomorrow i will check with my bike again

Hi, guys. Almost time 2 change tyres 4 my XL1000, decided to go with met tourance or tourance exp.would like 2 know any differences between these two? Duration, performance etc. Thks for any info

usin tourance exp now, i personally feel e old tourance is better.

GUYS, MY BIKE GOT SOME FUEL OVERFLOW COMING OUT FROM THE LEFT SIDE OF THE TUBES LINKING TO MY CARBS THERE, WHENEVER I COLD START....I JUST SERVICE MY CARBS AND THE MECHANIC RECOMMEND TO REPLACE THOSE FLOATING NEEDLES IN THE CARBS BUT PROBLEM COMES BACK AFTER A FEW WEEKS.....ANYONE ENCOUNTER BEFORE???:confused:

anyway, i recalled correctly, its caused by the floating needle, went back to my mech and he replaced it and no further problems since...

 

 

 

any1 up for 1-2 days cny ride ?

older model Metzeler tourance still works best for me

got mine mid last year from PowerWheel (tampines). u can call them up to ask, Ah Tan 67832021
