Ur riding 02 model? was bout to change bmc but reliable source say not recommended to equip new age/performance stuff in it.

Bmc too much air flow n require frequent carb cleaning..dunno how true is tat?

 

Btw fellow varas, anyone keen to go in JB via 2nd link this sun for top up n breakfast?

Wud be great to talk bout bike issues over coffee n prata n make new frens.

14km/l crazy? Mine only hit 13km/l on good days... most of the time 11km/l... T_T...

Been Busy... Never knew the feeling.. Quite stressful for me cos I just got my house keys as well so was browsing through for renovation contractors and quotations all weeks.

Hi guys, juz back from China. Riding Busa really test your mental n body power. To those who juz rode a Vara, don't think about Fuel juz whack the bugger. Been there done that....

welcome back trex... and holla NO.7 brooooossss!!!

As for fuel consumption, i used to get about 15km/l after tuning and dyno with KNN air filter,

I used to hit reserve at 330kms with normal riding...and another 60 clicks of reserve (yes, i had ridden her dry before) with spare fuel of course.

So i think 11km/l is quite major man, Have to check your entire fuel system. maybe a good carb service, and a new filter will help also spend the 60 bucks and dyno the bike at hkl for best tuning.

 

Lets meet up guys...

There is no pain greater than not being able to ride a motorcycle....

There is no joy more worth mention when riding one,,,,,,,
