Which part of America? If time permits, go to Las Vegas strip... They have quite a number of shops, everyday discount and on sale!

generally US based apparel companies will have a great range of stocks at their factory outlets out of town.

everything there is cheap. but do note that they are also most off season. but for singaporeans it doesnt matter. haha

 

$30 for a pair of Levis

$100 for a coach handbag

$50 for Calvin Klein shades

Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Timberland etc etc
