i am actually quite happy with my duke 125 which i ride almost on a daily basis now....

coming to one year....

been stopped by LTA 2 times for exhaust...

fortunately i had legal leo vince exhaust so all is fine...

so far things i had done to it....

Leo vince titanium exhaust, HID, rear shocks changed, added an iphone charger to it, tail tidy r&g, chain to orange, horns changed to loud approved type.

items that i had ordered but havent come....

brembo rcs15 brake levers, brembo mechanical clutch lever, mirror holders after the change.....

am toying with changing the front brakes to brembo radial 100mm caliper.....

will need to change the front rotor to a bigger size though...

just to make the bike looks nicer....

and ride for 2 more years before selling....

am trying to increase the top speed of the duke 125....

any advice??

so far i managed to hit 128km/h in malaysia freeway.....

can't seem to go up anymore....

Speaking from a neutral perspective.

i don't ride a Duke. But when I saw the spare parts manual and see how the parts spec are like. I will say it is worth it if you cvan afford. The Duke engine is basically take a 400cc parallel engine and chop it into half.

The parts design is a bike cc bike design. I will call it extremely beefy. The oil passage. The oil circulation diagram and the design. I really have nothing to say. Good.

Just too bad I can't really afford it comfortabily. Plusthe nature of my job.

Riding this bike to work is like ploughing a field with a rolls royce.

Hi everyone,

My name is James i made another post about helping me choose a bike for when i get my 2b license but i have decided on a 200 Duke:D

anyway if any of u could answer a couple questions it would be great.

1. i hate black and orange, if i remove the stickers and get the frame and current orange pieces painted white, will it greatly reduce resale value? or anywhere that makes custom decal kits? DW pnly have the black/red kit (race) i believe and i am not a fan.

2. i know its restricted but how is the acceleration? with 25bhp is it the fastest accelerating 4 stroker in class 2b?

3. would u say this is an easy first bike to ride?

4. can i join the FB page if i dont have my Duke yet?

thanks :D

The Dukers (as they called themselves, be it owners of the 125cc or 200cc bikes) "hang out" at their Facebook page for KTM Duke.

In Facebook, search for "sgdukers".

Else, do click on the following link :

https://www.facebook.com/#!/groups/SgDukers/

Hope this helps.

This thread is so inactive... thinking of getting the KTM Duke 200 but finding that the support group here in Singapore seems pretty small? Been finding information mostly from the India forums. Or maybe I'm just looking at the wrong thread.
