Bro depending what kinda after effect you wan, btw how ur cheese crab taste ? what you add in? you wan to Garnish the cheese or cook the cheese with the crab making the crab very cheesey flavour? if thats the case use parmasen cheese + cream.

for baking or using the salamander ( machine use to brow effect for pizzas etc) can use cheddar or bire cheese :cheeky:

basically i fry the crab then add cream and cover to let it sit for a while then add in the cheese and butter. also added in some thyme for flavouring.

parmesan cheese doesnt stick (cheesy effect) that well leh.... so the sauce would be watery, unless fry with flour. i never use brie before, how does it taste like? :hungry:

Pizza easy and versatile.

Pizza dough

bread flour

salt

yeast

sugar

water/milk

optional

semolina flour/ polenta to coat the dough

Can use pesto or tomato base, or for asian taste, can use hosin sauce base (but not too much as it's quite salty).

For sweet pizza, can use jam or marmald base. Then top with dried figs, apricots, raisins, nuts, fresh fruits etc.

well....... pattern almost same lar but this 1 is just to use the heat frm the boiling water transmitted tru the stainless steel bowl to cook the eggs so u dun get burnt or over hard thus acheving the soft creamy texture, under normal pan cooking u get the lumpy looking scrambled eggs. with these u can used the eggs as a spread on toast or bread very yummy if u like can bake some skinned tomatoes wif olive oil a little thyme n rosemary diced them n throw into the eggs when it's almost done use for sandwich....... BEST.... :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:
