If you're riding a bike but not calculating the 50 possibilities in the 50 meters of road ahead of you, then you're dangerous and shouldnt be on one.

Hit the books hard. The roads can always wait.

Kym Downtown is very well made. Good quality plastics and paint work. Only draw is the leg space, gotta sit with legs at 90 deg angle, can't stretch out. If DT300i had equal leg space egornomics I would have gotten that then. And comes Maxsym that priced itself very well too so I went for the latter.

Thats the exact reason why I bought the Maxsym.. the leg room. Furthermore, after removing the rider backrest, the legroom is just incredible. And also the waiting period. I was told to wait 2 months for a Kymco. But I was in a rush. So i got the Maxsym.

However, I think spare parts and technical support for the Kymco would have been better as they have dedicated wkshop n mechanic for it. Unlike SYM, its shared with soooooooooo many other motorcycles. A simple fix would require you to leave your bike at Mah for 3 days...

I've been looking at these systems for awhile now. but so far the resolution are all non HD. thats what's stopping me from getting a dual camera system. :(

but no point hving the screen oso. singapore got alot of ppl itchy hands lei. later one morning u go ur bike, gone alr. rather have something more discrete like the motoworld one.

Anyone knows where to get headlight protector for our maxsym?

nope, but maybe u can try raceshield? i tink juzzwheelz or 219 have. clear film that the paste over. will reduce chance of cracking if got debris.

the photo looks cunningly familiar. HID kits can get from ebay cheaper lar. no point get from this kind of vendors. for all u knw, they take the china ones then sell u at 3 times the price. so y not get it directly. the only proper high quality ones are those OEM Philips brand that costs at least $500 & above.

Hi all

What is the thread size of Maxsym's mirrors? 8mm? 10mm?

And is it standard or reversed thread?

Many thanks in advance.

I'm sure many of us do enjoy just cruising along with our visor up, and wind in our face. When my visor is stiff and difficult to operate, I use WD40 on the hinge part, but what would you guys do to make it more stiff and stop the visor from always dropping halfway?

Just to share, two way alarm drains your battery life faster than one way and shortens your battery life span. Moreover our battery is quite expensive.
