Hi to all Maxsym Bro here.

I just took over a second hand Maxsym Grey colour. I stay at East Coast.

Due to the size of this bike, I am alaways struggling to put the main stand on. Can your advise me any easlier tactic to do that.

Nice meeting your here

need some getting used to.

step on main stand. knees bent

grab the grab rail.

now try to straighten your knees while trying not to move your right hand on the rail.

dont lift the bike with your hand, just hold it at your waist level. the idea is to use your legs to do the lifting by straightening your knees.

use ur body weight as well. wat i do is once my entire body weight on the main stand, i just shift my body towards the rear. the momentum should be enuf to throw the bike over onto the main stand.

Yup, try to add momentum and weight too. One smooth motion, you'll get used to it one.

now for the short review.

My LOS is slightly below the top of windshield. can look over it if i sit up straighter.

wind noise is greatly reduced. now the engine sounds louder. wind is blown straight to the top of my helmet.

My helmet can still catch wind through the vents. so far only manage to top 100km/h on it. heavy traffic everywhere.

the elephant ears shield a lot of wind from your hands. no handguards needed.

vibration wise, can see the elephant ears vibrate quite a bit during idling. top of windshield still ok, a little bit lesser than stock.

when moving it vibrates much lesser than stock. the mount brackets are steel and good quality powder coated. more screws to remove though.

Optical properties is way better than stock. no wavy effect and distortion very little. very clear, almost optically correct.

Bought here at ebay. total shipped is S$249+-

Intending to get and apply this to it soon.

Credit card exchange rates are not favourable. You're better off changing more than enough first in Singapore, and leaving the rest for future Malaysia rides.
